We recently stayed at a hotel in Ankang for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. the staff, though their English was limited, made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. the hotel offered various amenities such as a helpful staff and a convenient location near our son's apartment.

There was one aspect of the hotel that fell short of our expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center which made it easy for us to go to the New Year celebration. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though their English was limited. The room was spacious and clean, with two comfortable beds. It was great to have a mini-fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

The hotel lacked basic amenities like a restaurant, which was inconvenient during the New Year when most restaurants were closed. The Wi-Fi was slow, making it difficult to communicate with loved ones.

Stayed here over Christmas. the staff was attentive to our needs, even though communication was difficult since we didn't speak Chinese. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location near our son's apartment. We enjoyed grabbing breakfast at the nearby street vendors. a good value for the price.

Some amenities were lacking, such as the absence of a fitness center. the language barrier was sometimes frustrating, but the staff made up for it with their friendliness.
